All inquiries are handled confidentially and sensitively. During the process of story writing I will arrange to you meet you to gather information about your life, or the life of a family member if the story is about someone else. After this, I will go away to write the story and a draft will then be given to you for your comments. The final version, comprising approximately 1000 words and up to six photographs, will be then be presented in an attractive personalised folder.
